Innis Palmer Swift (b. Feb. 7, 1882, Fort Laramie, Wyoming-d. Nov. 3, 1953), Major General in the U.S. Army, graduated from the U.S. Military Academy in 1904. He served as major of the Infantry and lieutenant colonel of the Cavalry with the American Expeditionary Force in 1917 and 1918. He also served during the Philippine Insurrection and the Punitive Expedition to Mexico.
